Returns 

Online shopping can be a bit tricky and we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. With the exception of final sale items, you will have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us regarding a refund. We offer a full refund on the original form of payment. Your return will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your item(s).

As part of our holiday exchange and return policy, all purchases made from November 1, 2023 – December 24, 2023 are eligible for exchange or return by January 12, 2023. Please follow our step by step process below to complete your request.

All purchases made with a discount code or during our Black Friday/Cyber Week sale are eligible for an exchange or store credit only until January 12, 2023. No refunds allowed.

  • Email  info@maveandchez.com with your refund request 
  • From there, we will send you a refund/exchange request form that will need to be completed. 
    • For Canadian customers, we will email you a shipping label that is to be printed and added to the original shipping materials the order was received in
    • International customers may return merchandise by any trackable method at their own expense within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Once the package is received back to our warehouse, please allow 7 - 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the refund has been issued. 
  • Once your order is received, the package will be inspected and reviewed. Please note: all items must be unworn and in new condition. If there is any sign of the item being worn (scuff marks, dirt, suede stretched), you will not receive a refund and your order will be sent back to you.  

  • Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed and approved. 
  • You can expect to see this show on your account within 7-10 days 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you are not happy with the style, size or color you've selected.With the exception of final sale items, you will have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us regarding an exchange. Your item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. Your exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 days of receiving your item(s).

Cancel or Changing Your Order

We get it, sometimes we change our mind or are second guessing our style choice. Our orders are typically processed pretty quickly, so we ask that you contact our team within 12 hours of placement so that we can help you out! Please email us at info@maveandchez.com.com with your order number.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived and tracking is no longer updating, kindly reach out to us at info@maveandchez.com with your order number so we can look into the matter. One of our team members will reach out to you with an update.

Damages 

If you received a pair of slippers that are damaged once you have removed them from the box, please contact us immediately: info@mavenachez.com. In most cases, we will ask you to send the damaged pair back and exchange them for a new pair. If we receive the damaged pair and there are signs of them being worn (scuff marks, stretched suede, dirt, etc.) we will unfortunately not be able to refund or exchange them, and they will be shipped back to you.

Sales & Discounts
