Official Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Mave & Chez (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of Mave & Chez and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period
The contest begins on May 8, 2026 at 12:01 AM (ET) and ends on May 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form on the contest landing page and submit their name, email address, and any other required information.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Consent to Receive Communications (CASL Compliance)
By entering this contest and voluntarily providing your email address, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Mave & Chez.

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in all email communications or by contacting us at info@maveandchez.com. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Prize Description
Fifteen (15) winners will be selected to participate in an exclusive in-person “Remarkable Moms” wellness experience in New York City.

Each winner will receive:

• Access to a curated wellness and self-care experience
• The opportunity to test featured products onsite
• Total approximate retail value: $2,000 USD per winner.

7. Travel & Accommodation
Travel, transportation, meals, and accommodation are not included.

Winners are responsible for all costs associated with attending the experience in New York City.

Prizes (including product gift packages) will be provided in person at the event. If a selected winner is unable to attend, the prize may be forfeited, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
Fifteen (15) winners will be selected by the Sponsor based on criteria aligned with the campaign theme of celebrating remarkable mothers.

Selected entrants will be contacted via email by June 1st 2026. If a selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, another entrant may be selected.

9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the contest, including photography and video content, and grant Mave & Chez the right to use their name, likeness, image, and experience for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions
Mave & Chez reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, or misdirected entries
• Technical issues or failures
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of a prize

11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this contest and for marketing communications in accordance with applicable laws and the Mave & Chez Privacy Policy.

12. Governing LawFor Canadian residents, this contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.For U.S. residents, this contest is governed by applicable state and federal laws.
