- Several pop-ups in Muskoka and Innisfil
- Weekends, Evenings

Mave & Chez is looking for driven, seasonal Brand Sales Ambassadors to add to our small-but-mighty events team. Candidates should be people lovers with 3+ years of sales, customer service and representing a women-owned brand who are excited about educating customers on Mave & Chez and driving new sales. The ideal candidate for this role has a flexible schedule, thrives in a fast paced environment, loves to learn, and connect with people. Candidates will play a critical role in managing the brand’s reputation at events, and help drive new sales and customers to Mave & Chez. We are a customer first brand - our mission is to support and educate people on the importance of proper footwear and help them live a bolder, happier life. We do everything we can to go above and beyond in their experience with our brand - every interaction with potential customers matters!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with set-up and tear down at events, maintain cleanliness and set-up
- Build trusting relationships with customers
- Educate customers on Mave & Chez brand information and products
- Assist customers with trying on and finding the right product for their needs
- Process transactions via the POS system and communicate M&C policies
- Hit and exceed sales goals and contribute to sales targets
- Assist with data capture and giveaway offerings
- Provide feedback end of day on how to improve future markets and share key learnings, top customer experiences
EXPERIENCE
- Flexible schedule and availability
- 4+ retail and/or sales experience
- 3+ customer service experience
- Experience with high growth, start-up brands is considered an asset
- Proven customer service skills with an ability to over deliver on sales targets
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders with the utmost clarity and professionalism, set reasonable expectations on delivery and update status.
- Willingness and ability to travel
