Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Shipping through Canada and the USA with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and US islands.

What can I expect once my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped with all relevant tracking information. We use Canada Post (if you’re in Canada) and DHL (if you’re in the US) as our shipping carrier and you can use your tracking number on their website to follow your shipment. Bear in mind, we cannot guarantee delivery dates when there are extenuating circumstances.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes all tracking information. Simply click to track your package and voila!

What if my shipment is lost

This is quite rare and if you do not receive your package within the timeframe given, please contact us at info@maveandchez.com and include your order number. One of our team members will reach out to you with an update.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We will always ensure our packages leave the facility in perfect condition. Should your order arrive damaged, please do not open the package. Take pictures of your package and reach out to us at info@maveandchez.com and include your order number. Should you open your order and the product is damaged in any way, contact us immediately atinfo@maveandchez.com and include your order number. 

What if I entered my information incorrectly? 

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to rectify your shipping address. However, once an order has been shipped we are unable to update or change the shipping address.

How long does an order take to be processed? 

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Pre orders will go through the same processing times once they have arrived.

How long does an order take to ship? 

An order will take up to 5 business days to be shipped once the order is processed. Pre orders will go through the same processing times once they have arrived.

Where do you currently sell your products and ship to? 

Currently, we sell and ship products online to Canadian and US-based residents (exclusive of Alaska, Hawaii, and US islands).
