Holiday Exchange Policy
Items purchased between November 11 and December 22, 2024, are eligible for our extended holiday exchange policy. You will have until Friday, January 10, 2025, to exchange these items. This ensures flexibility for your holiday gifting.
Items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are not eligible for refunds. They can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
To ensure delivery before the holidays:
- GTA Customers: Place orders by December 22, 2024
- Canadian Customers: Place orders by December 20, 2024
- US Customers: Place orders by December 17, 2024
Returns
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us regarding a refund (this excludes final sale items). We offer a full refund on the original form of payment. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days after our warehouse receives your return.
All items must be unworn and in perfect condition. There must be no scuff marks on the bottom, no stains or dirt, and have only been worn to try them on.
We provide a $2.98 USD coverage return fee through Redo for all returns (inclusive of return label costs). To secure this coverage, add the $2.98 USD coverage return fee at the bottom of your cart before checkout.
If you choose to opt out of the $2.98 USD coverage return fee through Redo, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Sales & Discounts
All sales are final sale. Please note all items on sale are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept refunds for discounted items. If you’re looking to make an exchange contact: info@maveandchez.com
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived and tracking is no longer updating, kindly reach out to us at info@maveandchez.com with your order number so we can look into the matter. One of our team members will reach out to you with an update.
Cancel or Change Your Order
We get it, sometimes we change our mind or are second guessing our style choice. Our orders are typically processed pretty quickly, so we ask that you contact our team within 12 hours of placement so that we can help you out! Please email us at info@maveandchez.com with your order number.
Damages
If you received a pair of slippers that are damaged once you have removed them from the box, please contact us immediately info@mavenachez.com
In most cases, we will ask you to send the damaged pair back and exchange them for a new pair. If we receive the damaged pair and there are signs of them being worn (scuff marks, stretched suede, dirt, etc.) we will unfortunately not be able to refund or exchange them, and they will be shipped back to you.
