THE OPPORTUNITY

Creative genius, content extraordinaire, copywriting obsessed 

Mave & Chez is looking for a driven part-time social media coordinator to add to our small-but-mighty team. Candidates should be self-starters with 5+ years of social media management and content creator experience who are excited about tackling the ever-changing e-commerce marketing environment at a quickly growing startup. The ideal candidate for this role balances creativity and data analytics with ego-less execution to develop campaigns that align with our company’s brand image, values and new product offerings. They naturally balance creative planning and content ideation and execution with growth strategy and results tracking. This candidate will ensure all creative across social platforms is aesthetically on-brand, building, growing and engaging with our MAVEN community, and strategically contributing to growing Mave & Chez’s mission and revenue goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support with all marketing related events including UGC Content Creation, Photoshoots, Campaign related events and programming
  • Monthly outline of content strategy, KPIs and goals for social media channels
  • Content creation including: videos (reel and tiktok creation), static images and graphics for all platforms
  • Daily Instagram story management including: polls, questions, engagement, campaigns etc.
  • Copywriting, hashtag analysis, scheduling and posting of all content creation
  • Monthly analytics and KPI report for all marketing platforms
  • Community management and day-to-day engagement on socials (responding to DMs, comments, reaching out to prospective customers), commenting, liking, re-engaging, sales, reposting
  • Coordination of batch content creation video and photo shoots as needed
  • Management, upkeep and ongoing organization of all social media content related folders, assets and documents 
  • Ongoing management and upkeep of all social media profiles

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years in a marketing role with specific experience in e-commerce / D2C
  • 5+ social media marketing experience (particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook)
  • Proven success in startup, small business social media growth strategies 
  • Brainstorming creative ideas and strategy to meet business growth goals
  • Proficient in social media scheduling platforms, content creation and editing, and content management
  • Footwear industry familiarity is preferred but not required
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Direct to Customer Marketing
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Mave & Chez's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • Familiarity with measuring social media KPIs, looking at analytics and understanding how to grow social media profiles 
  • Familiarity with the following programs is preferred but not required: Shopify, Canva, Indesign, Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
