What's Included:

  • One, 4-way suede brush 
  • One, suede eraser

Instructions:

Use the eraser to gently dry scrub your Maves on any visible marks or dirt. Once complete, use your 4-way scrub brush to remove the marks and dirt and any excess. Use the edge rubber arc for any hard to reach places.

How is the sizing?
  • Maves are fitting slightly larger to feel more cozy and comfortable.
  • If you are typically a half size or have narrow foot, we highly recommend sizing down. The suede will soften a bit after wear.
  • If you plan to use an orthotic, no need to size up because you will be able to replace our insole with your own and the slipper will accommodate for this.

Is the entire slipper washable?
  • Genuine materials like naturally breathable shearling and leathers will keep your Maves fresh and for the most part clean. The insole, the part that touches your bare feet, is not only moisture-wicking but can be removed and hand-washed.

Online shopping can be a bit tricky and we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Returns
With the exception of final sale items, you will have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us regarding a refund. We offer a full refund on the original form of payment. A small processing fee applies ($9). Your item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. Your return will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your item(s).

We offer exchanges if you are not happy with the style, size or color you've selected. Pretty true to size. If you are someone who sizes up to accommodate bunions or a wider ball girth, then definitely do what you would normally do. The suede will soften a bit after wear. We wanted to pay homage to Mavis (aka Mave) and Sheina (aka Shay/Chez) and all the women who came before us, who paved the way, who raised other strong women, and who gave so much to others.
